This week some crazy guy in my hometown hit an innocent PG&E worker with his car and then tried to beat him (and a good Samaritan trying to help) to death. They were saved by a young surfer/skateboarder/hitchhiker named "KAI". Video not safe for work due to language, but I thought you might get a kick out of it...

I do agree that decline in home values during the last decade will most likely benefit the remodeling industry in the decade to come.It is a good sign for home remodeling professionals.
